This is a new Genuine BMW hood seal, part number 51-23-1-902-906.


I am not sure if this is available any longer.


This is the hood seal that I believe is on the hood, not the body.


It is hard to see in the drawing.


This seal is 1230mm, 48 inches long and has soft molded rubber ends at each end.


There is another seal, that I believe is on the body and is 1380mm, 54 inches long, and does not appear to have moulded soft rubber ends. This is NOT that seal.

Please check closely to identify the seal you need, compared to the above descriptions.

This genuine BMW hood seal will fit the following years and models of BMW:

530i - E12 Body - 1977, 1978.


528i - E12 Body - 1979, 1980, 1981.
